We provide IT consulting and technical support services to individuals and businesses, including residential tech support, business network infrastructure, data privacy solutions, and high-sensitivity consultation for medical, legal, educational, and entertainment professionals.

• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access permissions shared with us.

All payments are due according to your invoice or service contract. We reserve the right to apply late fees or suspend services for non-payment.

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We are not liable for indirect damages, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

We may terminate or suspend service at any time if terms are violated. You may cancel service by providing notice; refunds are governed by your service agreement.

All branding, tools, documentation, and website content remain the property of SchoolPlexity. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

We may suggest or use third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft, Apple). These are governed by their respective terms and we do not warrant their availability or privacy practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. Substantial updates will be communicated to affected clients.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County unless otherwise agreed.
