We may suggest or use third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft, Apple). These are governed by their respective terms and we do not warrant their availability or privacy practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. Substantial updates will be communicated to affected clients.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County unless otherwise agreed.
